How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Our Response to Your DMCA Notice
Upon receiving your valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review your claim and take appropriate action.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if your claim is valid.
- Notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following:
- Identification of Removed Material: Clearly identify the content that was removed and its previous location.
- Mistake Statement: A declaration that you believe the removal was due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to jurisdiction in the appropriate court.
- User Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Content Restoration
If the complainant does not initiate legal action within 10-14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, the content may be restored on our platform.
